x tool d1 motorized z axis
thingiverse
Heres the motorized z axis for the xtool d1 non pro laser. It can be adapted to fit the pro version too with a slightly different dovetail design. I used a standard skateboard bearing for the 22mm bearing and I put two different sizes of the main body. The rods come stock size of 150mm but it was a bit too tall for my enclosure so i shortened it to 143mm and cut the length of the two 8mm guide rods to fit as well as the 8mm screw. Youll aslo need the 8mm screw nut round, and a stepper motor dual shaft nema. I bought a cheap one on ebay but had to put the wire on the end of it to plug the stepper wire into. I have the wiring schamatics if anyone needs them for the stepper. https://www.ebay.com/itm/264804021929?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Gr2HZoXdRAW&sssrc=2047675&ssuid=hkWhTcDdRya&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY 8mm guide rods https://a.co/d/1hwhXzV https://a.co/d/6Ns0dT1 https://a.co/d/j0XLnQ6 https://a.co/d/gwPpIJ3 I used just a cheap button switch 6x6x8mm for the z probe and a 1/8 mm welding rod with an ink pen spring installed on it. I put the small ring onto the rod then the spring and it fit nicely in the printed piece. macro for lightburn g38.3 z-300 f300 g91 g1 z7.1 f300
