The Hesine 505B Printer boasts an innovative belt holder specifically designed for the "X" Slide carriage, allowing effortless Adjustment of the T belt. Three expertly crafted STLs are provided to ensure precise fine adjustment for optimal performance. The Belt plate features tapped holes for secure installation using 2-56 screws after printing. When working with PLA, tap carefully by hand; avoid using a drill, as it can overheat and damage the plastic. The adjusters are firmly attached to the belt plate via four (2-56 x 3/8") socket head cap screws. A 2-56 x 1/2" socket head cap screw serves as the adjustment screw. Meanwhile, the Belt plate is securely fastened to the Metal extruder carrier using two M3 x .5 x 8 socket head cap screws. As requested, I have uploaded the 10mm PMA Conduit clamp and cover. The PMA clamp relies on 2-56 x 1/2" screws for the top cover and four M4 x 8mm screws to attach to the linear bearing blocks.
