X Slide T Belt Adjuster
pinshape
The Hesine 505B Printer boasts an impressive belt holder for the X Slide carriage. Adjusting the T belt, however, proved to be a challenging task. The three STL files provided here enable fine adjustments for optimal performance. After printing, the Belt plate is tapped with 2-56 screws. When tapping in PLA, hand-tapping is recommended; using a drill can lead to overheating of the plastic. The adjusters are secured to the belt plate with four socket head cap screws (2-56 X 3/8"). An adjustment screw with a 2-56 X 1/2" socket head cap screw completes the setup. Two M3 x .5 x 8 socket head cap screws secure the Belt plate to the Metal extruder carrier. As requested, I have uploaded the 10mm PMA Conduit clamp and cover. The PMA clamp uses 2-56 X 1/2" screws for the top cover and four M4 x 8mm screws to attach to the linear bearing blocks.
