X-one2 tool caddy
thingiverse
I wanted to create a tool holder that could be mounted on the Qidi X-one2's side panel. I discovered a design for the original X-one model, but unfortunately, it didn't fit my machine. This led me to start from scratch and use the same basic concept as the previous project, but with dimensions tailored to accommodate the additional plexiglass panels now included on the sides of the Qidi X-one2. I currently have only one tool holder completed, but I'll continue working on a second one if this design proves successful. I plan to update this post regularly with my progress so far, and it's looking promising. This project was made entirely within TinkerCAD as my first attempt at creating something in the software. I managed to print out the design myself without any support or raft structures while printing it on its side. However, the success of this method will depend largely on your printer settings, so results may vary.
