I'm eager to share how I assembled this incredible All-in-One model! To begin, I successfully printed all components with my 3D printer without any issues. However, two problems arose that made it challenging: A) The supports inside the helmet proved difficult to remove; B) The fragile area where the Gauntlet touches the base was hard to keep stable without extra support. Feel free to attempt it and share your thoughts - there are undoubtedly brighter minds out there who might find a better solution. I've also uploaded the separate STL files for additional components, including how I assembled my version with some added reinforcements. To increase stability, I started by drilling a hole in the X-Men base and attaching it to a thin sheet of metal using super glue for extra weight. Next, I drove a metal pole through the hole into the metal base. Then, I drilled a hole halfway down the Fist and attached the Gauntlet via super glue. The Claws were glued onto the Fist. After sliding the Gauntlet over the metal pole and letting it pass through the hole in the Fist, I used my Helmet to measure the ideal slit positions for attaching the Claws. Cutting out the slits and carefully sliding on the Helmet resulted in a secure attachment via super glue. The assembly process was incredibly enjoyable, and I'd love to hear how others navigate this project. If you have any questions or insights, please don't hesitate to reach out!
