This is one of my favorite Prusa reinforced parts. It's thicker, has more rounded features, and it's specifically designed to work seamlessly with TR8x8 leadscrews (Trapezoidal 8mm leadscrews). It comes equipped with a "designed brim," which is easy to remove using a cutter. This brim provides better warping prevention than the ones created by slicers because it's not just grouped lines, but a solid layer. Post-Printing This part was printed in ABS and required minimal post-processing, just a little sanding with a cutter and some fine-tuning with sandpaper.
