X End Idler Reinforced

This is one of my Prusa reinforced parts. It's thicker, has more rounded sections, and it's designed specifically for TR8x8 leadscrews (Trapezoidal 8mm leadscrews). It features a "designed brim," easy to remove with a cutter. This brim prevents warping better than the brims created by slicers because it consists of solid layers rather than grouped lines. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa Steel Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 60% Notes: Automatic supports for the belt tunnel zone. Post-Printing Printed in ABS and required only a small amount of post-processing using a cutter and sandpaper.
