Alright, y'all, here's my solution for those of you using couplers on your Z motors. This one's based on the prior Zaribo X-End (sorry, I got started before Wolfgang Schadow posted the new one), so you don't get his fresh gussets and top exit wiring. However, what you do get is the ability to use a coupler (max size 20mm diameter, 25mm long) to connect your leadscrews. The pitch between the smooth rods and leadscrews remains unchanged, so you still use the standard Zaribo Z motor holders and Z-top parts. There are three new components you need to print: X-End-Motor, X-End-Idler, and a brand-new X-carriage. The new X-carriage is built from Jon Madden's updated one that moves the belt into perfect alignment (you'll have to swap your right side belt idler pulley to a 16T version). The only modification to the X carriage is the tab that hits the X-min limit switch, which I had to reposition to clear the coupler. Have fun!
