I'm designing a PCB holder for my X-Carve that's perfect for 4"x6" copper clad boards. The holes are carefully aligned with your wasteboard to ensure seamless integration. I'm using M5 screws to secure it in place. On September 29, 2016, I added two new files that modify the spacers to use the mounting holes on the wasteboard instead of relying solely on the cam locks for pressure. The M5 screw and washer combination keeps everything stable and prevents any movement. The updated files are called pcb_xcarve_pcb_clamp.stl and pcb_xcarve_pcb_shorty.stl. On March 14, 2017, I added a 170mm workspace holder to the design for increased functionality and flexibility.
