X-Carve Line Laser Mount

This is a line laser mount designed specifically for the X-carve CNC machine. I encountered significant difficulty aligning a 1/4" or 1/8" drill bit on a 0.5mm reference line when texturing a workpiece that exceeded the bed size, especially when text needed to run through multiple tiles. To address this challenge, I acquired a high-quality 12mm diameter line laser from Amazon, available here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UMY5P4K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The provided .stl file is intentionally oversized by 0.24mm and shifted 0.5mm to the right of center, likely due to my printer's tolerances. For your convenience, I have included the DesignSpark file, which can be modified as needed to accommodate specific requirements and printer settings. It took me approximately three attempts to fine-tune this design for my particular application. Keep in mind that this design may require some adjustments before it meets your needs, so it's best not to outsource its printing.
