X-Carve hose bracket for 46mm (Festool) vacuum hose

<p>I noticed that the vacuum hose from my dust boot was skipping on the drag chain of my X-Carve, so I designed this bracket so the hose will clear it. To mount it I replaced the M5x20mm Z stepper motor mount bolts with 25mm ones, then installed the bracket and put a second set of M5 nylock nuts on top. The 46mm Festool hose snaps into the bracket nicely and should stay secure, but just in case I designed in a passthrough in the bracket for a velcro strap.</p> <p>I've added the top hose ring model, but as I mentioned in a comment I don't think it's helpful and I took it off my CNC. It has a hole for a grub screw to secure it to the router.</p> Category: Parts
