X-Carve 65mm Spindle Mount

I specifically designed this to accommodate a 65mm Makita Router or an 800 watt water-cooled spindle. The mount I used as reference is from this Amazon page;\r\nhttps://www.amazon.com/Graven-Shapeoko-Aluminum-Carriage-Diameter/dp/B07KKG487G/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=x-carve+65mm&qid=1588992066&sr=8-2\r\nI found the clamps that came with it to be lacking and needed a more secure way to mount my Laser Engraver on the side of the spindle mount. It is designed to be printed without supports, and reinforced sides ensure stability. The left side features three mounting holes intact and has slots cut in the back for M4 nuts; these holes are also threaded, so you can use either. If you plan to use the nuts, I recommend drilling out the holes with a 4mm drill bit to make them smooth and easier to thread the screw into the M4 nut.\r\n\r\nIf this design has been helpful, please consider donating what it is worth to my paypal.me account. Your contribution will help cover the time spent on its creation.
