You'll find two distinct X-Carriages with front-mounted additions for my self-leveling bed in this Thingiverse link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:209384. Note that it's not yet connected in the photo. :-) To assemble, you'll need extra files from the source items; tap the front screw holes for 3mm and use two 2mmx16mm screws to install the fan-type servo mount.
