thingiverse
Revamping a popular design, this item is crafted using Heekscad software, featuring dual fan mounts for enhanced X-axis travel. The carriage employs Jonas Kühling's existing fan holder to suit fan holders. It incorporates 4 LU8UU bearings secured with machine screw holders and supports T5 or XL belts. A wiring loom anchor point is included for cable management. Inspired by the Mendel Prusa v2 by Josef Průša, this design also offers printable versions: XC1 for LM8UU linear bearings and XC2 for LME8UU bearings. Utilize one or two fan holders with VGA fans from this Thingiverse link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29158. Printing requires 4 meters of 3mm PLA and approximately 3.5 hours, using a 0.35mm nozzle, 0.25 layer height, 2 perimeters, 2 layers, 25% fill, and 45-degree fill angle.
