X-Carriage MBN12H+BMG
thingiverse
I adapted the X-carriage so it can house a BMG extruder and motor instead of G5. The same platform is being used, but you now have the option to attach the extruder directly to the BMG if that's your preference. There is still a mount point for the BLTouch sensor if you're not using the PP attachment. This means you can easily switch between the two configurations without having to make any significant changes. The BLTouch offset values are set at 0 for the X-axis and -25mm for the Y-axis, giving you precise control over the sensor's position. To print this design, it's recommended that you use support structures. I printed mine using ABS with a nozzle size of 0.4mm, layer thickness of 0.20mm, and two layers of separation for the supports. The settings I used included ten top layers, ten bottom layers, ten perimeter passes, and an infill density of 50%.
