Toranado X-Carriage Extruder for 10mm guide rods includes belt tensioner integrated. Toranado Extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1246951 Uses two LMU10 (10x19x29mm) and one LM10LUU (10x29x45mm) linear bearings. This X-Carriage is designed for use with 1.75mm thick GT2 belting that's made of thick steel cord. It might be possible to use standard GT2 belting by adding shims to the belt. However, using this thicker GT2 belt requires high tension levels and your entire X-Carriage system must be able to handle those loads. The benefit of using this steel corded belt is that it significantly reduces oscillation of the print nozzle during high accelerations which results in improved print quality. This design has been fully tested using PETG material for several months now. Be careful not to over tighten bearing clamp screws when assembling the X-Carriage. Print settings should be set up to maximize layer strength and use a high infill percentage (50 to 70%). All hardware used is M3 screws / nuts.
