X Carriage for Prusa Mendel and boltable bushings

The carriage features boltable PLA bushings from Aleph Objects and accommodates a groovemount extruder/hotend. The extruder sits on a raised mounting area to overlap with bushing mount screws, creating a smaller and stiffer carriage. A belt tightener with ram (borrowed from Triffid Hunter) is also included in the design. Code in SCAD offers a preliminary fan mount, which has been altered by the creator from an original design. Printing the carriage right side up allows for a raised area. Fan mount updates will be made later. Bushings can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10647, and are mounted with the raised circle facing up. Belt clamps are attached on top, while the belt tightener is placed open end down on the carriage with the belt looping around behind and secured at the top. A nut, screw, and ram in the tightener complete assembly. A photo showcases a previous revision but demonstrates belt placement.
