Human: Remixed Xcarriage of these 2 Prusa I3 rework builds: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2023947 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:119616 I merged the best features from each design, incorporating the clamp system for holding bearings and the saw-tooth component to maintain belt tension and stability. 4/2/2020 In this latest update, I've also uploaded the original FreeCAD file for personal reference, but more importantly, for anyone who wants to customize aspects such as end-stop clicker position, clamp/gripper diameter, or belt height. I've increased the clamp size to 8.03mm in radius. 6/2/2020 I've uploaded the final design, which I hope meets expectations. I've also optimized the modifiable file for easier tweaking. In this revised version, I've improved the nut holes and adjusted the belt tensioner height for a straighter fit.
