I quickly designed an x-carriage for my Vulcanus V1 that also fits every printer with a 50mm axis distance, like Prusa and Mendel. It's made to use LM8UU bearings on 8mm rods. The carriage is built to hold an E3D V6, cooling fan and auto bed leveling probe (13mm diameter). I included a mount for a drag chain and endstop (on the carriage) too. For mounting the E3D Titan to the x-carriage, you'll need the E3D Titan Bowden Adapter, which keeps the filament guide in place. If you already have the adapter from E3D, you won't need this. To assemble the x-carriage, you'll need some M3 hex nuts and M3 screws (18-30mm). After printing: Firmware Settings The probe offsets are set to: #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 24 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle] #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 9 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle] If you mount the carriage with the fan on the back, remember to make the numbers positive. If you mount it the other way round (fan in front), the numbers should be negative.
