X-Carriage for Direct Belted Extruder V2

Remixed MazaaFIN's wonderful X-carriage to fit my extruder perfectly. This X-Carriage is designed specifically for use with my Direct-Drive Belted Extruder V2 1.75mm, which is compatible with the Prusa model. Changes from the original design include cutting out space to accommodate an idler and lowering the plate by 2 mm to make using 20mm M4 screws simpler and more convenient. I made this modification without lowering all surfaces, as retaining certain pieces helps align bearings effectively - at least that was my intention! Printer Settings: Printer: My Crossbot design Rafts: No rafts needed Supports: No supports required Resolution: Between 0.2-0.25 mm for optimal printing quality Infill: A minimum of 25% infill is recommended Notes: If the printed part bends or flexes, it's a sign that more strength is needed - simply increase perimeter count to 3 or more and/or infill percentage to 25% or higher. Additionally, adding 3 or more top/bottom layers will provide extra stability and durability.
