I wanted to relocate the Bowden drive from the top of my somewhat unstable Wood-framed A8, since the length of the feed tube to the hot end was excessively long for soft filaments to be propelled efficiently. After conducting several experiments, I came up with this solution. The motor mount does not require additional support as its 70% filling is more than sufficient. If you need to make any modifications, the Fusion 360 file is included. The existing right-hand X mount is fully enclosed and secured by two screws in the rear, which engage the original bar end support's rear section and the brass threaded part of the X right-hand screw, as depicted in the attached images.
