X Carriage Assembly for Mendelmax 1.5 with LM10UU Bearings

This is my design for an X carriage and extruder for my mendelmax 1.5. I designed it in Fusion 360 and it's available here: http://a360.co/2rOfTfF. It's a remix of Greg Wade's extruder, specifically the Jonas Kueling reloaded version, but the orifices are sized to fit an E3D V6 All Metal Extruder perfectly. Cut the PTFE tube so that it extends all the way through the extruder and ends just below the hobbed bolt. There is also a retainer that fits snugly in the heatsink groove and then bolts to the bottom of the extruder with 2 M4 screws and nuts. The extruder screws to the carriage with 2 M3 screws and nuts. For the idler bearing, I used Jonas Kuehling's excellent design located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379/#files. It is the one labeled "jonasKueling_gregs-wade-v3_idler-only.stl". The X carriage includes a mount for a 40mm cooling fan and is spec'd for 3 LM10UU linear bearings. The bearings should snap in tightly, but if there's any play you can also zip tie them down. I zip tied mine just for extra security.
