This is a simple x-belt tensioner designed specifically for the Anet A8 printer. The goal was to create an x-belt tensioner that meets several key criteria, including: * G2 geared tooth pulleys must fit seamlessly, as previous tensioners were too small to accommodate them * The pulley should be positioned on the left side of the lead screw, which is a more stable design requiring less G2 timing belt * Easy fastening without specialized tools was essential; the 3D printed wingnut excels in this regard * Printability was also crucial, especially for the fastening screw, which can be printed with minimal calibration requirements * The tensioner should be stable, simple, and robust in its overall design After experimenting with two other designs that didn't quite meet expectations, this version was developed. So far, it has performed exceptionally well, and the designer is thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.
