X-axis Tensioner to avoid forces on Z-axis
thingiverse
This remix lets you tighten the belt without feeding the tension through the z-axis linear guides. The belt's tension becomes a compressive force on the x-axis linear guides, courtesy of two screws that thread into small nuts embedded in the plate at the axis end. Note: Tensioner.step is identical to Y-Yoke.stl. You'll also need: Three 3mm screws Three 3mm nuts One 3mm washer A 3-5mm drill bit and a device to run it with The bearings, screw, and nut from the original setup on the printer.
