I upgraded the X-axis of my Hesine M505 (Prusa i3) using a custom design from Thingiverse. The original setup lacked an X-tensioner, so I decided to upgrade it with a 16T GT2 pulley from Amazon. However, the new pulley wouldn't fit in the existing idler mount. To fix this issue, I redesigned the idler mount based on the original one but scaled it up to accommodate the larger pulley. This is the result of my redesign efforts.
