X Axis Tensioner for Ender 3 Pro Using Original Hardware
thingiverse
No extra hardware needed, this uses the screw that's already holding on the pulleys for the x axis belt. I'm not entirely certain what size the screw is that holds on the pulleys so i just made a hole slightly smaller than the major diameter and screwed it in. Adjusted the case so it didn't hit the bracket for the z axis guides, and made the clearance in the side wider for the larger screw head. The threaded portion has had the inner channel narrowed to fit the enders smaller pulley and the hole size has been change to accommodate whatever size that screw is.
