X axis screw long fixer / support

I had an issue when I switched my X-Axis to rely on a screw instead of a belt. My screw turned out to be slightly shorter than I needed, so I didn't want to spend extra cash on a 550mm long screw. The reason for this was that I'd designed a support for the end of the screw. This part is intended to be installed without removing any screws and can be printed without needing any supports.
