Updated the design to include proper placement when loading into your print program, ensuring seamless integration with your system. Additionally, I added a z-axis stop for an M3 screw, which was missing from the initial design, as well as X-Axis idler wheel tension adjustments. My design for X-Axis replacement end parts has been carefully crafted to accommodate 22mm center-to-center spacing for lead screws and 8mm rods on designed machines. This setup allows for precise alignment and smooth operation. I've optimized my machine settings for 4-layer printing (bottom, top, sides), which enables low infill percentages (25%) due to the reduced layer count. However, if you're using a 3/3/3 configuration, I recommend increasing the infill percentage to around 40-50% for optimal results. This design variant is specifically tailored for standard printers with 18mm center-to-center spacing. With minimal editing required, it can be easily adapted to suit your printing needs.
