X-Axis Pulley Bearing Support
thingiverse
To quiet my noisy X-axis pulley, despite lubricating it, I created an attachment for the Thin-O-Matics X-Axis Pulley using two bearings. First, print and remove a support piece; then drill 8mm holes in wood pieces for bearings. Place first bearing, mark screw to prevent spinning, add remaining parts without over-tightening nuts. Lastly, remove a woodplate HBP segment for compatibility. The solution works well for me.
