Printer Assembly Instructions: Axle and Bearing Alignment Align the X-Axis Idler with its 7R4 bearing according to your desired resolution. Assembly Process Insert the axle into the bearing, taking care not to disturb the assembled housing. With the flat end of the axle nestled within, insert the bearing itself into place. A snug fit is expected due to this push-on-hold design, so it's recommended to tighten the assembly slightly but securely.
