X axis belt tensioner with GT2 idler for Creality Cr-10 and Ender 3

T: X axis belt tensioner with GT2 idler with 5mm bore (toother or smooth) for Creality Cr-10 and Ender 3 This is my version of a belt tensioner, other ones found on Thingiverse don't work due to part weakness or small tolerances. This design is bulky and tolerances make printing possible with ABS, ASA, PETG. It should work with Creality Cr10, Ender 3, and other printers with GT2 belts and V-wheels on a 2020 profile at the X axis. Parts needed: - 1pcs M5x30 hex head screw - 1pcs M5x25 screw - 1pcs M5 nylock nut - 1pcs M5 nut Mind the assembly order to avoid frustration: 1. Insert M5x30 hex head screw into idler holder (p2) 2. Make belt go through both holes of main part (p1) creating a U turn between in and out. 3. Take GT2 idler and wrap belt around it. 4. Insert belt into idler holder (p2), but do not add M5x25 screw before inserting it into the main part (p1). 5. Add back plate (p3) and screw knob. 6. Place main part with idler holder and tighten the belt to make it fasten itself. 7. Screw on the nylock nut tightly. 8. Profit. The knob can be downloaded from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/download/3537783 Full disclosure: The knob was not designed by me, it's from this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing/2233139
