X axis Belt tensioner re-design for Creality CR-10S
pinshape
I made a quick redesign that you can use with standard bolts and nuts from the original CR-10S. I've noticed on my printer that the X-axis belt was rubbing against the frame due to misaligned belt positioning, so this part centers it perfectly and allows for adjustable bearing height through an angle slot! The infill parameter is set at 80% but ideally, since it's a strong part, you can crank it up to 100%. Supporting is recommended because it pulls the bearing away slightly. In the images, I used a print quality of 0.15mm. It took just half an hour to get it done! For me, it's working flawlessly so far. Enjoy and don't forget to leave your feedback!
