I was forced to tighten the x belt too aggressively, causing the acrylic component to shatter into pieces, so I employed cable ties as a temporary solution while my replacement part was being printed. The new part perfectly fits on my customized version of the Prusa i3, which features a robust 6mm-thick plastic frame. It was produced using PC-Plus, an extremely strong polycarbonate material, with the nozzle temperature set between 250 C and 270 C, and the bed at a consistent 80 C throughout the printing process. I designed it using RhinoWIP and exported it in multiple formats, including .stl, .3dm, .dwg, and .obj files. Print Settings: Printer: My Hacked Prusa Rafts: It doesn't really matter. Supports: No supports are necessary. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2 mm was chosen for the print. Infill: The infill density is set to 100 percent.
