This part perfectly complements the modified x end idler from Prusa i3 rework, enabling you to easily pull the belt without needing a screwdriver. It also significantly reduces the load on the Z axis rods. STL files are generated specifically for Prusa i3 rework. The X-axis terminals are 45 mm apart - feel free to adjust them as needed. To assemble: Open attached fcstd files in FreeCAD. Instructions to build this part1. Print plastic components.2. Cut M6 threads into bolts in the brace belt tensioner.3. Trim head M3 screws to form a square shape.4. Secure an M3 screw in the thumb wheel with glue or heat.5. Install the item on your printer and adjust the gap between the brace belt tensioner and x end idler (M6 bolts rest on the X axis rods).Design inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:160636/ by ffleurey
