For effortless setup and tightening of the X-Axis belt on a Wanhao Duplicator i3, you'll need an M3x30 (or longer; 40mm is recommended) screw and a M3 nylock nut. Update 04/07/2016: A corrected bearing block for Igus bushings was uploaded along with a bearing block option featuring integrated Igus bearings. Files were renamed and reorganized, and a clever name "X-Tension" was created. The available files include: X-Tension_Bolt_On_To_Stock_Bearing_Block.stl - Designed to work with stock aluminum blocks or individual 3D printed bearing blocks. If using stock aluminum blocks, you'll need to tap threads into the blocks. Alternatively, use tahustvedt's threaded-bearing-blocks with threaded holes throughout. Download tahustvedt's bearing blocks at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1172838 if needed, and for better belt alignment consider amkza's remix found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1535626. X-Tension_With_Bearing_Block_for_Stock_Bearing.stl - If printing the bearing blocks, we recommend using this one with an integrated tensioner. This option has thicker walls and slightly lower belt grips for improved motor alignment. It uses tahustvedt's "tight bearing hole" block for use with LM8UU or LM8LUU linear ball bearings. X-Tension_With_Bearing_Block_for_Igus_Bushing.stl - Identical to the above, but featuring a version designed for Igus Drylin bushings model number RJ4JP-01-08 using tahustvedt's oversized bearing hole option. X-Tension_With_Bearing_Block_with_Igus_Combination.stl - Uses 3DDOC's built-in-bearing-block design featuring the Igus bushing combination for an even smoother performance. X-Tension_Clip_01.stl and X-Tension_Clip_02.stl: For belt cut or loop designs. The original clip looks a lot cleaner, but it needs the belt to be shorter. JonBAL's new design idea uses no cutting needed because the excess belt can just roll up. This makes printing way easier without sacrificing any form functionality. I improved JonBAL's concept by strengthening it.
