Replacement X-Axis belt tensioner designed for Voxelab Aquila printer. Designed to use stock parts only. Fits into the end of the 2020 extrusion and secures with an M5x14 pan head screw, two of which come with the stock tensioner. Pulley is the same as the stock one so you simply swap it into the new one. The flanged bearings are F634 bearings if you need replacements. They are held in by the same M4x18 flat head screw which the original uses. 11/3/2021 - Added version with holes through both sides so you can secure both ends if wanted. You'll have to use new M5 screws though. M5x8 would be perfect. You can also use one longer than 20mm to go all the way through and secure it with a nut on the end. Print all parts at the standard orientation. I used 0.2mm layer height 20% gyroid infill 3 walls You can print them on a raft if you have issues with fitment. I plan to make other versions to allow it to fit any printer with 2020 extrusions or other pulleys in the future.
