Remix of a Remix: Upgrading Default Hardware on TronXY P802E To work seamlessly with the standard hardware from my TronXY P802E, I opted for a creative solution using 8-32 x 2" bolts and nuts since the supplied hardware fell short due to its 20mm length. This minor hack allowed me to achieve a snug fit on the default bearing provided with my P802E, despite it being oversized - a bit of oil might be necessary to ensure smooth operation. Version 4: A Minor Oversight In v4, I overlooked expanding one of the holes to accommodate the 8-32 bolt. This minor mistake was easily corrected, and the upgrade continued without issues. Version 6: An Innovative Solution After some experimentation, I discovered tiny ball bearings from an old fan that could be repurposed for this project. By adapting these bearings, I found a perfect fit. The bolt holding the bearing in place is a tiny 2.5mm one, which was among the spare bolts included with my P802E - it's likely used on the X-axis end-stop. Edit: A Necessary Adjustment Upon further testing, I realized that using the default hardware from the TronXY P802E wasn't enough; the belt needed more height to function properly. However, if you have a smaller bearing available, you can easily modify this item for seamless operation.
