I've uploaded new STL files featuring a crucial clearance notch on the lower rod. This upgrade surpasses my previous design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1445762), as it eliminates the need for cable ties and standard spring-clip tensioners by incorporating a ratcheting pulley tensioner into the design. I've successfully printed this new version with excellent results, ensuring fine belt tension without any issues. Tension is easily adjusted using a 6mm hex key; however, be cautious not to overtighten, as disassembling and restarting is necessary if you exceed optimal tightness. This design is specifically tailored for the stock GT2 belt (2mm pitch x 6mm wide). I'm satisfied with this revised version, but I would make one adjustment: increasing the tooth pitch of the ratchet mechanism to improve tension adjustment precision. Currently, the 12 teeth allow about 3.1mm of belt travel per click, and halving this distance by doubling the teeth could provide finer adjustments.
