Instructions to Align X-Axis with Y-Axis on K8200/3DRag Warning: Proceed at Your Own Risk 1. Ensure horizontal frame is perfectly square. 2. Adjust x-axis first, which is simple enough. 3. Print a pair of helper tools and place them on rods against rod blocks. 4. Cover the blocks with printed parts, then proceed. 5. Select two identical AA-batteries (completely discharged) to use as alignment aids. 6. Verify the batteries have the same length using a digital caliper, as those from different batches can vary slightly in size. 7. To ensure accuracy, check for variations in diameter; ideal diameter is approximately 14mm. However, some vendors may offer slightly wider or narrower sizes. 8. Position the batteries within the printed parts' holes, making sure not to press too hard and risk damaging the components. 9. As needed, widen the holes by hand for a secure fit. 10. Insert the batteries and push the y-axis wagon against their poles for alignment, flipping the chassis for proper positioning. 11. Ensure all screws are tightened subsequent to this process to maintain optimal stability. 12. Be aware that tightening one screw at a time may shift the wagon's position again, requiring patience to adjust the aluminum extrusions correctly. 13. If your initial attempt doesn't meet expectations, consider re-executing the process from scratch.
