X-acto knife copy from a utility knife's blade

thingiverse

This compact knife features blades sourced directly from a standard utility knife. Its design is a reworked version of the X-Actamundo Hobby Knife available on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17551. Certain dimensions have been adjusted to accommodate standard utility knife blades, and the slot for these blades has been realigned to point in the correct direction. To assemble this project, you'll need to remove select blades from a utility knife and secure them within the lid using an M3 screw and nut. As each blade becomes dull, simply replicate the process used with a standard utility knife: snip off the worn blade and adjust the lid accordingly to move the next blade forward.
