*Update* I expanded the width of the "Walls" pentagon column, realizing the original design had sufficient clearance for it to shift with vibrations. v2 is engineered to provide a snugger fit. This is my second Wyzecam mount, designed to offer a closer attachment to the ceiling. The mount consists of two pieces: the metal disc from the Wyzecam slides into the "Face," while the interlocking pentagons on the "Face" and "Wall" sections allow them to be connected securely. Initially, my first prototype featured a circular connection between the "Face" and "Column." However, I discovered that excessive vibration (such as from a spinning washing machine in an adjacent room) caused the "Face" to drift. To mitigate this issue, I have redesigned the attachment mechanism to utilize pentagons instead of circles. I strongly recommend printing with a brim to ensure proper adhesion between the layers. Additionally, I slowed down the outer wall printing speed to 30mm to enhance the overall stability and structural integrity of the design.
