Wyze Pan Camera Cover
thingiverse
The printing on the front clearly states, "Camera Cover: Remove on Departure". My apologies for any inconvenience caused by the awkward orientation - kindly note that the print originates from the solid top. This camera cover is specifically designed to shield a WYZE CAM PAN camera. We have a cabin and keep a camera inside for security purposes. However, when visitors are at the cabin, having a camera focused on them can be quite uncomfortable. This camera cover effectively resolves this issue. I am relatively new to 3D printing, but I'm eager to learn and improve. The model was created using Fusion 360, and I utilize Simplyfy3D for my prints. All files are included in the package, and I employed Wyzeworks wood PLA material. So far, I haven't experienced any jamming problems with this PLA, and I've successfully printed about five different designs using it. During one of my prints, I encountered a minor issue - a corner began to lift during the printing process. My bed temperature was set at 60C, while the extruder was maintained at 200C. It wasn't a sticking problem but rather appeared to be warping on the first few layers. Fortunately, the result was still quite satisfactory despite this minor setback. I used a 30% fill to ensure the cover remained sturdy, but a lower fill rate could also work effectively. The entire build took approximately 10.5 hours to complete. All feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated!
