Wyze Camera Mount

Wyze Camera Mount

thingiverse

I created a prototype for my Twitch stream to capture an overhead view of my prints using the Wyze 2.0 IP Camera. To do this, I had to remove the stock base from the camera. The idea was born out of a desire to showcase my prints in a more engaging way on my live stream. I realized that the cable from the camera was touching the base plate as it moved, so I added a small guide to keep it secure and away from any moving parts. To assemble this prototype, I removed the stock Wyze camera base, keeping only the hex nut, lead screw, and two washers. These components should fit snugly onto the rotating base without needing additional support. When printing with this setup, there may be a small opening on the circular screw stick, but don't worry – it still functions perfectly. Here's the print order to create your own Wyze camera mount: 1. Print the Wyze Pin Circle 2. Print the Wyze Pin Hex 3. Print the Wyze Cam Mount with or without a cable router (choose from round or square designs)
