I'm having trouble with the camera feeling loose when I attach everything. To solve this, I extended the socket by adding a flat spot where you can secure a stainless hose clamp to hold the camera in place once it's mounted. Additionally, I was attaching these to a 2x6 and thought they needed a sturdier-looking mount.
