This is a simple camera mount for the CR10, utilizing an affordable $20 Wyze Cam v2. This has been arguably the most valuable addition to my printer setup. It enables real-time monitoring of prints, crucial in case of unexpected failure. If your printer is connected to a smart plug, you can significantly reduce filament waste by automatically stopping failed prints. The Wyze Cam boasts an integrated time-lapse feature, allowing for high-quality time-lapse video capture of your prints. This feature is particularly useful for documenting printing progress and optimizing print settings. This camera mount attaches securely along the bottom frame of the bed near the front right leveling knob. A medium-sized binder clip is used to keep the bracket in place, ensuring a stable and secure installation.
