CHANGE NOTE 04/11/20 - Enhanced 1/2 NPS fit on coupler, increased thickness of gasket so it stays securely attached to cap when assembled. A completely printable hopper cap/valve that eliminates the need for any gaskets or o-rings. Insert the "Gasket" print into the "Cap" print then screw them onto the "Coupler" print. Notice where the hole in the "gasket" print ends up once fully tightened, then unscrew and turn the "Gasket" print over until it is no longer overlapping with the through-hole in the "coupler" print. Then use a single 4-40 x 3/8" length screw (or matching length of thread-rolling screw) as an overtravel stop. Parts must be printed on a smooth buildplate surface to seal properly when closed. This means that painters tape and buildtak will not work. A tapered 1/2 NPS pipe connection on the coupler print may require adhesive or cement to secure it to the hopper.
