This is a standalone Japanese WW2 bunker designed for Bolt Action gameplay at 28mm, featuring a flipped version of the original with altered rock formations for visual distinction. It can be used on its own or as part of a larger system still in development. The design focuses on simplicity, playability, and modularity, making it historically inaccurate but effective for gameplay purposes. Remixes, upgrades, and custom features are encouraged to enhance the experience. This bunker is suitable for Bolt Action and other 25mm/28mm wargames, requiring scaling down for Flames of War or up about 10% for games like 40k or Sigmar. Supports are suggested in the doorway and embrasures but may not be required. The design includes two different roofs, with a thicker concrete option looking better at times. Other roofs are available in the Island Fortified Defense System collection. This medium bunker connects to any entrance or hallway piece in the Island Fortified Defense System Collection, allowing for combination into a massive fortified defense system. The roofs are designed to hang over entrance or hallway connections, making it easier to pick up and put down while accommodating the design. This is achieved by having the hallway roofs slightly shorter than usual.
