WW-1230A 12VDC 30A Switching Power Supply Cover and Mounting Bracket for Ecksbot and Prusa Style 3D Printers

To improve portability, I mounted the power supply on my 3D printer. The WW-1230A 12VDC 30A switching power supply from Ebay required additional protection against accidental AC contact, so I designed front and rear covers as well as a mounting plate. Cubify Invent was used to create design files compatible with Ecksbot or Prusa style printers. On October 9th, a build plate that included front, rear, and bracket mounts from thing:10621 was added. Print settings include 10% infill, 0.3 layer height, two shells, feed rate of 41, travel feed rate of 56, print temperature of 230°C, and heat-bed temperature of 115°C. Print two WW-1230A front covers, one rear cover, and four each of left, right, and center mount plates. Secure the mount plate to the printer frame using M4 x 16 mm bolts. The components used are a power entry module from Mouser Electronics and the WW-1230A switching power supply from Ebay. An SPST ON/OFF rocker switch is also required, sourced from Mouser Electronics.
