Why Select Our Models? Choose our models because everything is already ready to render. Simply click the render button and you'll get a picture identical to the preview image! No additional plugins are required. Our models offer high-quality exterior and basic interior designs. The model does not need textures, making it perfect for close-up rendering. All objects are intelligently separated and named. Materials are correctly labeled. You can easily modify or apply new materials, colors, etc. The model features good topology. It has real dimensions, scaled to the world in origin (0, 0, 0) on the xyz axis. Our models are suitable for animation and high-quality photorealistic visualization. A rendering studio scene with all lighting, cameras, materials, environment setups is included. HDR Maps are also included. Main Features Originally created using Autodesk Maya 2017 SP4. Rendered with Mental Ray 3.14. Only the Maya mb studio format contains mental ray materials, lighting setup, and environment. Other formats (Fbx, C4d, 3ds, Obj, 3dsmax, xsi, lwo) come with default materials based on Phong shader. You may need to change the path to HDRI maps for a correct render at your computer.
