Wurlitzer Juke Box Record Clamp
thingiverse
Old Wurlitzer jukeboxes (3xxx series and probably others) have a take out (gripper) arm to pinch a record located in the records magazine, rotate it and place it flat to the record turntable. And the other way around at the end of the record play. This gripper arm actuates a clamp to keep the record safely during transfer. The pressure to hold the record is made by a spring. On the machine I had to repair the clamp was missing. This critical part is not produced and cannot be found anymore. But I had one on hand on another machine ... So I made a 3D copy ! Full details of the repair of this jukebox can be read here : www.csprojects.eu/jukeboxes/zodiac_3500_2.htm Don't miss the video at the end of the page showing the succesfull sequence and correct behaviour of the new part !
